It’s usually around this time of year that I start preparing for a spring trip. While it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to get away to anywhere exceptionally exotic this year, I have to say that I’ve had New York City on the brain a lot lately. All of the photos pouring in from Fashion Week have me longing for the Big Apple, and seriously considering making a quick trip up in late March.

There are endless resources to consult when planning a trip to the city that never sleeps. However, my best advice for NYC is just to go where the city takes you. Get an unlimited-ride MetroCard, hop a train, find your favorite neighborhood in your favorite borough, and just wander. The beautiful thing about New York City, besides accessibility, is that there is truly a place for everyone.

But if you’re the type that likes to have an itinerary, here is some inspiration.

For the coffee addicts like myself, 14 coffee shops to try.

I’ve stumbled upon a few of these inadvertently.

Who knows when I’ll be able to get back , but in the mean time I’ll just continue to swoon over Marchesa and NY street style.
